This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The subjects of this study involved teachers and students during reading skills lessons in the course class at Madrasatul Alsun Sidoarjo in the 2024 academic year. Data collection techniques included classroom observations during reading skills lessons, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation related to teaching materials, lesson plans, and teachers' evaluation results. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the teacher created lesson plans, prepared two methods (question and answer and direct instruction), and arranged for two relevant media types, including concrete media and non-concrete media in the form of images, as well as established the learning objectives to be achieved. Second, the learning activities began with motivation by offering learning encouragement in a technical step where the teacher greeted the students, inquired about their well being, and checked their readiness to learn. For the core activities, communicative reading skills instruction was applied in several stages: introduction, expansion, and reinforcement. Third, in the evaluation activity, the teacher prepared a series of questions relevant to the reading texts that had been studied.
Muhammad Syihabul Ihsan Al Haqiqy Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Syihabul Ihsan Al Haqiqy https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-11-17 2024-11-17 3 6 945 956 10.36701/qiblah.v3i6.1792 Membayar Zakat Fitri dengan Qīmah Menurut Ibnu Taimiyyah (Studi Kitab Majmū` al-Fatāwā) https://journal.stiba.ac.id/index.php/qiblah/article/view/1769
This research aims to find out and understand Ibn Taymiyyah's opinion regarding zakat fitr with qīmah. The problems that researchers raise in this research are: First, what is the law on paying zakat al-Fitr with qīmah according to Ibn Taimiyyah in the book Majmū` al-Fatāwā? ; Second, what is the analysis of Ibn Taymiyyah's istinbat method regarding paying zakat fitri with qīmah? This research uses qualitative research with the aim of exploring basic theories and concepts that have been put forward by experts and to obtain a broader orientation regarding the research topic and uses a content analysis approach and a normative approach. The results of the research found are as follows: first, in Ibn Taymiyyah's view the law of paying zakat fitr with qīmah is permissible if there is a strong benefit, need and justice, but if there is no strong benefit then zakat fitr cannot be paid in the form of qīmah and it should still be paid with staple foods in accordance with the provisions of the Prophet SAW. Second, Ibn Taimiyyah uses a flexible and comprehensive istinbat method to discuss the payment of zakat al-Fitr with qīmah. Although he follows the basic principles of zakat fitri established by the hadith, he also considers the benefit, and provides guidance that is relevant to the conditions of society. His approach strikes a balance between adherence to the sunnah and adaptation to practical needs in society.
Rosmita Rosmita Hijrayanti Sari Fina Afrianty Copyright (c) 2024 Rosmita Rosmita, Hijrayanti Sari, Fina Afrianty https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-11-21 2024-11-21 3 6 957 977 10.36701/qiblah.v3i6.1769 Ḍawābiṭ Fatwa dalam Merespons Problematika Fikih Kontemporer https://journal.stiba.ac.id/index.php/qiblah/article/view/1812
New or contemporary phenomena are always emerging along with the times. Second, How is ḍawābiṭ fatwa in resolving contemporary fiqh problems? This research is a library research using normative and philosophical approach methods. This research is descriptive research using library methods and a ma'ani hadith study approach. The results of this research found several things. First, the Hadith of Abu Hurairah which is the basis of this research is considered valid in terms of sanad and matan. Second, textually, Abu Hurairah's hadith emphasizes the importance of faith, physical strength and enthusiasm in worship and encourages people to be serious in their efforts while asking for Allah's help, and to be patient when facing disaster without saying "if only". Third, contextually this hadith emphasizes the importance of being patient with disasters without saying "if only" because this is contrary to the patient attitude commanded by Allah in the Qur'an so that the value of patience must be reflected in actions and words, as well as avoiding behavior or words that criticize the decrees. God. Fourth, the relevance of this hadith is very strong in everyday life where humans are commanded to try to obtain goodness through hard work, asking Allah for help, and avoiding laziness and weakness. When facing adversity, this hadith teaches the importance of being patient, being kind, and avoiding attitudes that show rejection of Allah's decrees. This research is also in line with modern psychology approaches through positive self-talk therapy, to build an attitude of optimism and a positive mindset in facing life's challenges.
Rachmat bin Badani Tempo Copyright (c) 2024 Rachmat bin Badani Tempo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2024-11-21 2024-11-21 3 6 990 1013 10.36701/qiblah.v3i6.1751 Batasan Waktu Pelaksanaan Salat Jenazah di Area Pemakaman dalam Perspektif Fikih Ibadah https://journal.stiba.ac.id/index.php/qiblah/article/view/1835
This study aims to explore and understand scholars' views on the law and time limits for performing funeral prayers at burial sites within the perspective of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) on worship practices. This qualitative descriptive research (non-statistical), using normative and historical approaches. The findings of the study are as follows. First, scholars differ in their opinions regarding the ruling on funeral prayers at the burial site for those who missed the initial prayer. The first opinion, held by the Hanafi school, permits it with conditions: the person must be a guardian of the deceased and the initial funeral prayer must not have been led by another guardian; the person must have the right to perform the prayer for the deceased. The second opinion, from the Maliki school, considers it disliked (makruh) to repeat the funeral prayer if it was already conducted collectively, but it is permitted if only one person prayed earlier, provided it is done in congregation. The third opinion, from the Shafi’i and Hanbali schools, allows it unconditionally. The researcher tends to favor the third opinion. Second, there are five opinions regarding the time limit for funeral prayers at the burial site: (1) limited to three days, which is a view held by some Hanafi scholars; (2) up to one month, supported by some scholars from the Hanbali, Maliki, and Shafi’i schools; (3) as long as the body remains intact, a view held by some Hanafi, Maliki, and Shafi’i scholars; (4) allowed indefinitely without restriction, a position taken by some Shafi’i scholars and Ibn 'Aqil al-Hanbali; and (5) allowed indefinitely with the condition that the person met the requirements to pray at the time of the deceased’s passing, which is a Shafi’i view. The researcher favors the fifth opinion. The implications of this study are intended to serve as a resource for students of knowledge and to provide information for the public seeking insight into this topic.
Fadhlan Akbar Chamdar Nur M.
