This study uses a type of library research, using a normative juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the Syafi' and Hanbali schools have the same opinion, namely it is permissible to use treated liquid waste for purification, because in essence the end result of water treatment is to return polluted water to a good and safe condition for purification. so that the law of origin of the water becomes holy and purifying. A qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method was employed in this research. The findings reveal that social media offers vast opportunities to reach a broad audience without geographical constraints, yet it also presents challenges requiring creativity, knowledge, and high moral standards. To address these challenges, preachers must enhance digital literacy, communication skills, and leverage community support. The study recommends developing digital technology training for preachers and strengthening collaborative efforts within da'wah communities.
Ridwan Ridwan Ramsiah Tasruddin Copyright (c) 2025 Ridwan Ridwan, Ramsiah Tasruddin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-01-31 2025-01-31 4 1 32 44 10.36701/qiblah.v4i1.1969 Keabsahan Ibadah Menggunakan Pakaian Berbahan Sutra bagi Laki-Laki dalam Tinjauan Kaidah al-Nahyu Yaqtaḍī al-Fasād https://journal.stiba.ac.id/index.php/qiblah/article/view/1989
This study aims to explore the opinions of scholars and the review of the principle al-nahyu yaqtaḍī al-fasād regarding the validity of worship performed by men wearing silk garments. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method (non-statistical) using normative juridical and philosophical approaches. The findings are as follows. First, early scholars unanimously agreed that the use of silk by men is prohibited except in certain circumstances. There are two differing opinions regarding its impact on worship. The first opinion, held by the Hanafi and Shafi'i schools, asserts that worship performed while wearing silk is valid but sinful. The second opinion, held by the Maliki and Hanbali schools, states that such worship is invalid. Second, according to the principle of al-nahyu yaqtaḍī al-fasād, prohibitions (al-nahyu) are divided into two categories: prohibitions due to the inherent nature of the act (li ‘ainihi) and prohibitions due to external factors (li ghairihi), which are further divided into two subcategories: prohibitions due to specific attributes and prohibitions due to unrelated reasons. The use of silk by men during worship falls into the second category, specifically prohibitions due to unrelated reasons. Scholars from the Hanbali and Maliki schools argue that prohibitions in this category (prohibitions due to unrelated reasons) imply the invalidity or corruption of an act of worship. Thus, worship performed by men wearing silk garments is considered invalid. Meanwhile, according to the majority of scholars, prohibitions in this category do not imply the invalidity or corruption of an act of worship. Therefore, worship performed by men wearing silk garments is still considered valid, although sinful for using something prohibited.
Muhammad Yusram Abdul Munawir Muhammad Naufal Abdilah Latif Copyright (c) 2025 Muhammad Yusram, Abdul Munawir, Muhammad Naufal Abdilah Latif https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-01-31 2025-01-31 4 1 45 70 10.36701/qiblah.v4i1.1989 Fakta-fakta Ilmiah dalam Peristiwa Arkeologi dan Sejarah (Telaah Kemukjizatan Al-Qur'an) https://journal.stiba.ac.id/index.php/qiblah/article/view/1992
This research aims to reveal scientific facts that support the miraculousness of the Qur'ān in this modern era. With the development of technology and science, humans have greater opportunities to prove the accuracy of the Qur'an from various scientific perspectives. The research method used is library research by reviewing books related to the research. The results of this study indicate that the miracle of the Qur'an (i'jazul Qur'an) is proven not only through language and legal aspects, but also through scientific and historical facts revealed in this holy book. Archaeological discoveries such as the existence of the people of 'Ad and Tsamud, the body of Pharaoh, as well as the story of Prophet Ibrahim and Ashabul Kahfi, provide concrete evidence that reinforces the truth of the Qur'an from a historical and scientific point of view. This research emphasizes that the Qur'ān is not only relevant as a spiritual guide, but is also able to answer the challenges of modern rationality, confirming its position as a miracle that surpasses human capabilities and is relevant throughout the ages.
Gampang Dadiyono Halimah Basri Ahmad Mujahid Copyright (c) 2025 Gampang Dadiyono, Halimah Basri, Ahmad Mujahid https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-01-31 2025-01-31 4 1 71 81 10.36701/qiblah.v4i1.1992 Perkembangan Bahasa dan Sastra Arab di Indonesia https://journal.stiba.ac.id/index.php/qiblah/article/view/1996
This research aims to identify the process of the entry of Arabic into Indonesia, analyze the contribution of Arabic to education and culture, and describe the development of Arabic literature in Indonesia historically and thematically. With a descriptive qualitative approach and historical analysis, this research uses primary data which includes manuscripts, yellow books and Arabic-Indonesian literary works, as well as secondary sources in the form of books, journals and related articles. Data collection techniques involve literature study, document analysis, and interviews with experts. Data analysis was carried out through content and historical analysis to trace the development of Arabic language and literature in Indonesia. The research results show that in the contemporary era, Arabic literature remains an integral part of the educational curriculum in Islamic institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools and universities. However, the focus of learning shifts from classical texts to an appreciation of modern Arabic literature. Many Arabic literary works have been translated into Indonesian, strengthening cultural ties between the Arab world and Indonesia. In addition, the translation of Indonesian literary works into Arabic is increasingly intensive, with Indonesian writers such as Habiburrahman El Shirazy and Taufiq Ismail introducing Indonesian literature to the Arab world. This phenomenon reflects the increasingly close reciprocal relationship between the two cultures.
Dyah Ayu Retno Kedhaton Muhammad Zaenuri Imam Makruf Mokhamad Azis Aji Abdilah Copyright (c) 2025 Dyah Ayu Retno Kedhaton, Muhammad Zaenuri, Imam Makruf, Mokhamad Azis Aji Abdilah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-01-30 2025-01-30 4 1 93 106 10.36701/qiblah.v4i1.1950
